I think they're a .500+ ball club.

They have a relatively easy schedule. Big time upgrade at the most important position on the field. They brought Norv to help get some semblence of on offense.

They may have a sorry O-line, but Flutie doesn't need an O-line he's going to run around and make plays anyway. If Tomlinson can give them a decent running game they should reach 8-8 or possibly better.
