It's paid for by out of state money.
We will get $400-600 million in tourism $'s from the Super Bowl We could get a Final Four also. King Carl is on record saying that the Chiefs will never use the roof for their games. Looks kind of weird but I've heard they could easily make the bottom of the top of the roof a gigantic video screen. That would be cool.
