Carl retires in 2020, after another couple of contract extentions.
Kuharich takes over for another 5 years after that. Then we hire outside the organization, but as is the Chiefs way, he's a guy that makes us long for the days of Carl. Fans finally become dienchanted and stop buying tickets. The Chiefs move to Mexico City, where they are known as the Jefes, of course, and after 5 more years of struggling, they finally win a Lombardi Trophy, which of course will be renamed the Bellichick Trophy by then.
