The Orange bowl is pretty bad too. Dumpy stadium with no college atmosphere.

No doubt the Orange Bowl is a dump, but at least the city realizes that and has the Orange Bowl game at Dolphin Stadium.

The Rose Bowl people are apparently under the illusion that their stadium can still hold championship-caliber events

It probably has to do with KU/MU at Arrowhead or maybe some other future college football match-up.

This is exactly why Carl needs to step away from the football-related operations of the team and focus strictly on the business/off-the field matters.

Do you see Scott Pioli or Bill Polian spending significant amounts of time with all the extracurricular crap that Carl parades around doing.

Memo to Carl... I don't give a shit about college football games at Arrowhead, award banquets in KC honoring players/coaches who actually accomplish things IN the playoffs (i.e. not the Chiefs) and the countless other pointless crap Carl wastes his time with.

All that matters is what people in Indy and Chicago are experiencing today
