I have not scanned through this entire thread so I am sure it has been brought up before; I am ecstatic the Hawks won and moved on. Any team that wins the Nat. Title has to have a game like this during their tournament run and the key is to gut it out and find a way to win. That being said SIU is about the dirtiest, grabbing grab grabbers that ever grabbed in a basketball game. And all the constant hand checking, arm slapping, and pushing they get away with is ridiclulous. If I was a MVC fan I would shot myself rather than watch that crap, its not good basketball its a belief that the refs can't call every foul so lets maul the ball handler every time. If that game was called anywhere near "by the book" SIU would have fouled every player out by halftime.

Bottom line better team won and is moving on; 3 more to go boys!!
