It's the same situation as when Seattle was trying to trade Alexander a year or two ago. They wanted a 1st, but the most anyone offered was a 2nd, so they bit the bullet and paid him.

I would love to see us trade him and get a Herschel Walker type package in return, but that's not realistic these days.

That contract wasn't a cap buster.
