when I click on the link then...I go to download torrent chiefs vs bengals and it says save or something i save...then it says download complete already :/

OK, here's the short version.

Download and install this program

That torrent file you downloaded? After you've installed the program I just asked you to download, open the torrent file. You will then be prompted to save the 5 GB Chiefs video file somewhere on your hard drive. Choose a location and save it, and it will start downloading.
