Not true in my experience. You have be a certain distance away from entrances (in all of the laws/regulations I have read). They don't say you have to be a certain distance away from the building.

Well in Quincy ILL you have to be 20ft away. So I guess you dont know everything.

Didn't say I knew everything (read my post). However, I bet if you read the regulation it probably says 20 ft away from an entrance.

I guess if you were really stupid you would walk to the middle of the street. Most people would probably walk down the side of the building, around a corner, etc.
