Movies and TV What is the sickest scene in a movie?

By "sick," I don't mean the street slang meaning "awesome." I mean downright sick, twisted, nasty, gross, wretched, disgusting, made you lose the contents of your stomach.

I've seen lots of really gross, gory, sick scenes in war movies and horror movies too numerous to count. But for me, the one that takes the cake is actually from a comedy.

Van Wilder - creme horns. This is the only scene that has ever made me physically retch!

Probably not the grossest but the first one I remember that gave me the chills was in Die Hard when Bruce Willis jabbed that icecicle into that dudes eye! Didn't see that one coming.

Mel Gibson's hatchet job in "The Patriot" was pretty nasty too.

Most "gross out" scenes today are too over the top to be effective IMO.

I can't narrow down a specific scene, but I can say that Visitor Q is the sickest movie I have ever seen.

It's saddening that the majority of the population, including myself, can look at it and take it in stride. Further, it didn't even serve a purpose.

Granted the following has a Warren Zevon song over the clip so you can't hear the metal on bone from the actual scene but nonetheless I give you fair warning that the following scene from IRREVERSIBLE is still quite sickening.

Just my .02 but I saw Dead Alive as comedy/horror if you see Irreversible the mood during that scene is gut wrenching,there's also a rape scene in the movie that is the most realistic thing I've seen on film,shows the sheer brutality of the crime.

I'll see that and raise you the wine bottle scene from Pan's Labyrinth.

But the scene that really fucked me up, and I don't know why, was the scene from the original Hitcher when Jennifer Jason Leigh is chained between the tractor and the trailer and Rutger Hauer basically rips her apart. It wasn't even particularly graphic; it was just the idea of it. Really creeped me out.

Yea. I dont like any of those flicks or the Hostel flicks. Nothing but Torture Porn. Not my idea of a good time.

The Japanese horror flicks are pretty sick as well.

I've posted about this movie more than once - there is actually a thread dedicated to the movie, IRREVERSIBLE.
The rape scene hurt me more than any movie has ever been able to.. About 12 minutes long and almost silent (minus the characters involved)
Watching the rape scene first really makes the "head-smash" scene righteous.

Audition was very good. I also own this movie.
