I'm not mad at all, and very pleased with the team. I just think that they should have gone up there with a better scouting report on him. Lidge cannot throw the slider for a strike, but people get overanxious in that situation. You just have to lay the bat on your shoulder for two pitches and let him dig his own grave.

Biggest free agent this off season is Dave Duncan. But I don't see him leaving Tony for another team despite the money the Yanks or Sox would throw at him.

Brad "Light Up" Lidge is having a MUCH better year in Philly.... not like those battery throwers would stand for any less.

the cardinals bullpen is incredibly awful. they can't even hold a 4-0 lead in the 9th.

It really is the worst bullpen in the history of the earth. Every single person down there, save McClellan and maybe Springer, needs to be put on their knees in the bullpen, summarily executed, and their bodies need to be strung from the flag poles around the stadium.
