What sort of foods which would be consumed by the average, well-adjusted adult can you just not stomach?

I for one can't eat cold cuts. There's something about the thought of eating cold meat that makes me nauseous. I've also met quite a few people who won't eat tomatoes, which I find extremely odd.

That reminds me of something else that really bugs me. I can't stand biting on wood, like a Popsicle stick. It is definitely like fingernails on a chalkboard.

I would consider myself a picky eater. I have evolved as I get older and eat more foods that I would never have considered in my younger days. I don't like tomato's, but I do like tomato juice, sauces, etc. I think most of the things I don't like is more of a texture thing. Mushrooms, forget about it unless they are morels and deep fried. I can eat salads but keep wilted lettuce away from me. I would say that almost everything I won't eat are fruits and vegetables but not all fruits and vegetables. Some I do eat. Pisses my wife off to no end because she has to watch what see cooks for me because if there is something in the dish that is on my no-go list I will act like a baby and not eat it. Sad really, something I would like to overcome.

Every person in my family loves them and I HATE them. My wife says that because I like watermelon I should like them. Not even close...even the smell of cantaloupe will drive me out of the room.
