I disagree. He was fast but didnt know how to read a block. He had a few good runs but who couldn't behind that line?

What is the most notable about the game is that it was the 1st win in Denver in 10 years and Martys ever.

Before Gore invented the internet we had to rely on rumor and word was that Mary did Hills girl. Thats why he was run out of town.

Up early in the AM...watching a classic

Dierdorf: "Lord you can take me now, I have seen it all"

I still get goosebumps watching that game...

Montana was clearly frusterated with the ineptness of Paul Hackett. Plays were not sent down in time. Receivers weren't catching balls.

Yeah, we won this game on MNF but I saw Montana understand he was not playing for Walshs system in his eyes and he didnt cry. Give him credit.

How could we be so out-coached in the 1 game that mattered in the last 15 years that we had to sit our best player in the AFC champ game the prior year?

Why are we talking about games that happened in the double digits? I have been to close to 100 Chiefs games (I used to live in KC and have been going to Chief games since 75) and the single best pass I have ever seen was at 1 of 2 games I saw at Candlestick Park known as the Catch II.

Steve Young to TO vs. GB in the playoffs.

I have just sat through too many cold games at Arrowhead and have had to figure out how to watch the Chiefs in California and am frusterated to the point to wonder why I am a fan of the team.

It has nothing to do with USC.

I was at the playoff win vs Marijuanavich in the freezing cold.

If the owner would make changes I will stay on board. However, Clark seems to be with the mind set of don't rock the boat.

I live in SF and can't get behind the Niners because their ownership is worse than KC's (Debartalos sisters gave the team to their son who graduated from college a couple years ago.) Could never be a Raider fan.

We're not playing SF. This was a great game. Maybe I was being a bit dismissive. However, I was at the game vs. SF and it was Joe vs Steve which was also great drama.

You sound like Carl Peterson when a season ticket holder threatens to cancel their tickets.

I'm a KC Chiefs fan...

12, 13... 150 losses in a row... I'll suffer through it.

You don't just decide to switch teams. It's like family.

We are all frustrated.....but I never get to a point where I "wonder why I am a fan of this team". If you are frustrated with things now and have been a fan of the team as long as you say, then you seemingly have forgotten the 70's and 80's.

I am a fan of this team because I grew up loving them...I spent my youth riding a bicycle 15 miles to watch the Chief's practice at William Jewell. I remember watching them in awe as only a kid can....acting as an "unofficial ball boy" when the kid who was supposed to do it didn't show up. I've seen a Super Bowl loss, and I have seen a Super Bowl win....I've watched Dawson, Bell, Lanier, Lynch, Thomas (Emmitt and Derrick), Smith (Noland and Neil), Okoye, Montana and Allen....I've seen feats and failure....field goals and fumbles.

I've seen this team be pathetic before and right themselves by finding the right mix...no pathetic Coach, sad sack player, or misguided General Manager will make me change my loyalty. I'll be a fan during these bad days knowing that inevitably this will all change.

I dont forget the 70's. Willie Lanier drove his son Kevin and I to the games my dad coached for our flag football team in his Cadillac El Dorado. Jason Tyre was also on the squad. Livingston's kid too.

I have flown back to KC for 1 to 5 games a year. I have been going since I moved to KC in 75.

I just am starting to feel that I contribute more than the owner. I have no other solution because I am in no mans land which is sad because I live in a market with 2 NFL teams.

My point was that it sucks that we haven't won a meaningful game since.
