If we draft Stafford, we need Mike Martz
The guy is an absolute wunderkind with quarterbacks. Trent Green, Kurt Warner, Marc Bulger, Jon Kitna, now even JT O-****ing'Sullivan is having success under his tutelage.

If we end up with the #1 or #2 overall pick, the Chiefs have to throw the world at this guy to at least bring him in as O-Coordinator and QB coach. The amount that he could do in the first two years to help groom the QB could set us up for a long time.

From what I've seen, there is no one better at developing an NFL QB than Martz.

Ive always liked Martz. I know alot of St Louis fans and Detroit fans are down on him now, but he does know how to manufacture a QB.

His QB's will always have decent stats because he loves to air it out and pressure the defense downfield non stop.

On the downside, what gets him in trouble is he gets too pass happy at times. Plus, his QB's always take a beating because he likes to send so many recievers out in patterns.

A guy like Stafford that has the physical tools doesn't need a genius to develop his skills.

He just needs competency.
