Huard's 2006 season was basically like Chris Shelton's April for the Tigers a few years back. When his luck ran out, so did his "ability".

Huard had some good games last year. He can play. He needs a running game but he can play.

That is pretty much the definition of a backup quarterback in this league. Which is what Huard is.
