From being 1-15 to where they are now...if you want to look at records, sure. The Bills finished 7-9 last year? I'm saying the Dolphins finish at 7-9 and beat Buffalo. Deal?

The Bills will host a playoff game, and Miami will finish out of the playoffs. They aren't making equal strides.
