The Best Show on Television... Entourage
This show fuggin Cracks me up. Maybe Im just sheltered because I dont watch TV much, but I started watching this show midway through season one, and freaking love it. Its about this young movie star and his brother, and two friends from New York, and his rise to stardom... Tonights show was at the Sundance Festival, where Vince's latest movie Queens Boulevard was a huge success... plus Turtle and Drama double-teamed this Peace Corps Chick and accidently "crossed swords". heh. funny shit. [Sorry Gochiefs, but they didnt show that part] Freaking Ari Gold, played by Jeremy Piven is fuggin unreal in this show. He makes it. Here is some cool extra footage. Anyway, if you have HBO on Demand, check it out... its great TV. http://www.hbo.com/entourage/ Last edited by teedubya; 06-26-2009 at 05:01 PM.. |

Last night's episode seemed really weird to me - almost like the entire episode was in fast forward. It really felt like they said "shit, we only have one episode left - better wrap everything up real quick and setup next season". Weird season...

What pissed me off is, I wonder if Vince would have apologized if Scorsese hadn't called him first. I Doubt it. |

I thought the ending was a little "over-the-top" but considering Wahlberg's connection with Scorsese (he was Oscar-nominated for his role in "The Departed") I guess it's somewhat not unexpected.
It would have been nice if this had been a 20 episode season. There were just too many things left unexplained. |

They can only finish so many storylines when the show is 12 episodes long and 30 min per episode. I wish they would make it longer. 12 is not enough, but the scene where Turtle's mom caught him having phone sex was funny as shit.

Vinnie was such a douche. E deserved to succeed on his own. once again, did drama get shit canned? he hasnt been on his show since that awful turtle as his assistant episode. now he owns a bar.

Vinnie was stressed and he blew up. One thing we have never seen is Vince actually get mad and show emotion like this. I sure in the hell never expected him to slam and break the phone like that. It was honestly shocking to me. i liked that angle. it showed he did care. Before that, he was like whatever happens happens. |

It just pissed me off that he told E off like that, cause of all of them Eric worked the hardest and was taking Vince's career seriously. Vince was always the one who said 'just make it happen, your my manager' etc, and then when Eric did something that took balls FOR Vince, he blames his downfall on E. Eric was the one person who said Medellin sucked, and Vince didn't listen to him. I was hoping the whole time they were on the street that E would tell Vince off like he did Seth Green or Ari in the beginning. He needs it. That said I hope Vince comes back and Eric's career takes off. Looking forward to next season. |
