Having DeCosta could be huge in landing suggs. And have that HC/DC combo could help bring in other outstanding D-Linemen.

Bring in Suggs and Haynesworth,

Draft Stafford/Bradford and a MLB in the first 2 rounds, find another OLB and RG RT in draft and or free agency

I know Gailey has worked miracles with Herms offense, but I am not opposed to scrapping the whole thing...

It seems to me Gailey is in love with the fade every ****ing time we get inside the 5... I have seen enough shit fades to last a lifetime... And for that reason alone, he can go with the rest of them...
