Herm sealed his fate when he complained about the distraction of breaking in a new GM.

Wearing his stocking cap backwards, his body lanquage at Carls farewell get together etc. His absence today, follows that trend.
I hope he ends up with the Raiders.

I found it kind of funny that i didnt see Herm sitting there. Dude is gone, he just didnt want to show that he's a goner when the spotlight is on him.

I'm not impressed by this charade. This day will go down as a black mark in the history of this proud, proud franchise. From great leaders like Marty Schottenheimer and Gunther Cunningham to this blatant attempt to Patsify the fanbase.
