Empty stores all over the place. There's a big strip mall near me that has still never filled the space CompUSA vacated, then they lost Linens and Things last month. Losing anchor tenants hurts both the landlord and the smaller tenants who lose the extra foot traffic business. Bad news that snowballs.

Barrytowne in the northland lost Dicks which turned into Steve and Barry's which went under, lost linen and things, lost Circuit City and getting ready to lose Baby's R US.. So that entire strip will just have Target and Kohl's..

Hopefully they turn Target into a Super Target..

But hey at least Zona Rosa is doing great..
