Shanahan and what the O would look like!

If he is the coach... LJ and all the running backs would be happy! And let the crack back blocking begin! Go Chiefs!

If Shanahan is your coach, LJ is on the first bus out of town. Shanahan would never put up with a cancer like LJ in his locker room.

Unfortunately for Shanny, LJ's contract will keep him in KC.

And unfortunately for you, when Larry is putting up big numbers and the Chiefs' offense is scoring points, he's a complete angel.

Mort has just withdrawn his report on ESPN.

Schefter wins.

"They are not near a deal. They are not near a deal right now, they were not near a deal yesterday, they will not be near a deal tomorrow. Mike Shanahan will not be the head coach of the Kansas City Chiefs," Schefter told 9NEWS. "All the people in Denver can stop worrying or stop talking about it, it's not happening. I know there have been national reports to the other effect. I'm here to tell you just the opposite, it's not going to happen."

Schefter says he has spoken with Shanahan directly about it.

Nick Athan has been playing you for a punk. He's laughing at you behind your back watching you spread this junk.

Keep clinging to hope, Taco. This has been going on for three weeks now. It has reached it's climax and you're just now hearing about it. But there is no turning back at this point.

Herm Edwards was fired today for one reason: Mike Shanahan is being fitted for a suit of ketchup and mustard.

Why do you think Herm Edwards was fired today? Was Scott Pioli just feeling a little frisky this morning?

In your delusions, what is the significance of this all going down today?

It happened today because Pioli has had two weeks to evaluate the team from an internal perspective and he needs no more time to determine that keeping Herman around probably isn't the best thing for his career.

Shanny runs a West Coast offense correct??

At least he did when he was with SanFran and the early Donkey days.

IM sure its been modified quite a bit over the years...

It's still a WCO variation.

Am I the only one that thinks Schefter is crying like the drunk little sorority bitch that refuses to believe her BFF would fark her boyfriend?

So if the story is false, ok I can live without the Rat. But jeezus Schefter, we all know you fellate Bowlin and your cum is orange and purple, how about showing a little class while remembering some of your journalism classes you took in between drunken donkey shows?

Please. Herm's 6-26 record was enough evidence. Pioli didn't need two weeks to evaluate anything. You're a fool if you think Herm had a prayer of staying here next season. There was never a chance. Never.

I'm sure that there are other Chiefs fans who want to be the Broncos and have Shanahan so badly that they perceive the situation as you do.

I just see it as a journalist giving the straight dirt on a story run out of control.

In your delusions, what is the significance of this all going down today?
