Gailey is a very good offensive coordinator IMO. And the reason I say this is because of his ability to fit his offense around his players. I don't think Gailey would have any trouble meshing with Haley or Pioli, and it would be nice to have some head coaching experience on the staff.
If Haley is indeed hired, I think that keeping Chan Gailey is key. (Especially to show some loyalty to a player like Tony Gonzalez).
