No Hamas, we're all equals.

CP has become the kid's baseball league that gives out trophies to everyone.

Everyone is special.

Fact is, there are people here that DO know more than others and study the game, and there's a shit-ton of insecurity being put on display about it.

It's not about anyone being special. It's about wanna be experts vs Pioli. I think if I'm going to be a sheep like you, I will follow Pioli instead of Mecca.

No, there is a shit ton of eye rolling. There ARE a lot of people who know a lot about the game. And that knowledge is ALWAYS praised on Chiefs Planet.

You guys go on about the draft. That is much different. It is a crapshoot. An educated crapshoot but a crapshoot. Some teams are better than others at it but you guys go on and on like you have all these empirically based facts that you are lucky to share with everyone else and everyone who disagrees is a shit sandwich.

Great players turn out to be great busts. Guys that look terrible turn out to be HOFs. It is the draft...it is a wait and see game. One trade ****s up all your mocks. Information you don't have changes GMs decisions. Some of it is skill...some of it is luck. A team will probably do really really well for itself with a philosophy that you totally agree with. A team will probably do pretty well with one that you like.

Because its the draft you are talking about. Not just the game. And there are so many ways to go about it that when you folks post like you do. Eyes are rolling.

This is completely false. All of us talk about a hell of a lot more than just the draft. Check game day threads, discussions over scheme, or analysis of someone's mechanics.

The thing about the draft is that it's not terribly complicated. We aren't asking you to solve Fermat's Last Theorem. But when people spout the same kinds of uneducated opinions gleaned from nothing but ESPN talking heads and 810 sports, it gets old.

I agree you guys talk about the game as well...

Thats not why there has been all of this ridiculous back and forth on this thread and others.

There is a reason for everything...

Well, you are an arrogant one who sucks the penis. Do you have any idea how unbecoming it is to actually do research on the draft and then absorb some of that information?

Why not just wear Versace to a soup kitchen, you ****?

Goddammit.

God forbid I actually watch games, study and create my own opinion,(and stand by it) instead of just repeating what the talking heads on TV have to say.

I'm such an elitist asshole.

Gee whiz Fonzi, I've been watching TV for years. I've done some studying and formed my own opinion too.

My opinion is that watching TV doesn't give you enough information to make an opinion so informed that I can act like I know it all.

Who do you think has learned more, you or I?

Dumbass.

You still don't get it. I am not saying something like this DOES NOT happen.

I am saying there is a reason for it.

I am also getting a chuckle out of this whole "woe is me" act from you. I think you are too sensitive for this thread.

Every single person you've lumped into this "group" has said as much.

Don't act like we're claiming the draft isn't a crapshoot. We're the people that are trying to drill that idea into people's head's who think that Aaron Curry is a sure-fire, can't miss pick.

Like you said, it's an educated crapshoot.

Many of the people that get their feelings hurt are not educated about it, and are unwilling to learn. So be it.

Parker slapped me around a bit when I first started here, and instead of whining about being piled-on, I did some research and found that he was right.

The vast majority of people that are getting "piled-on" have no interest in being educated or learning something, because their ego gets in the way. God forbid you might learn something from someone who knows more about the subject. Most of the people we're talking about are here to stir the pot, nothing more.
