Matt Cassel will be on BTL tomorrow on 810 WHB around 3:30. According to KK, he will open up the phone lines and Cassel will answer questions from some of the listners. Sounds cool, can't wait!

EDIT: KK said at the beginning of the show that he may not be on! He's obviously not on so I guess they were not able to get him.

A better bet would be QB rating, or TD's, or INT's, or TD-INT ratio, sacks, number of times they piss themselves in the huddle, DUI arrests, cheerleaders ****ed, something.

With different QB's.

Like I said, people seem to think that Cassel and a new coaching staff is worth at least 4 wins.

Some people also think that Sanchez is going to be complete garbage. I mean, that's what I was told all spring. If he's as bad as some claim he will be, the Jets could easily be 4 games worse in 2009.

Chiefs + 4 wins = 6-10.

Jets - 4 wins = 5-11.

So, like I said, I can only take your reluctance as admittance that either Cassel won't be that good, or Sanchez won't be that bad.

Would I bet that Sanchez is going to be so bad that he is going to completely ruin a team that was good enough to be in the playoff hunt last year, and also signed guys like Bart Scott and drafted another strong runner to go with the ninth ranked rushing attack? No, I don't think that.

I also never said that Sanchez was garbage, but that the #3 pick was too high to spend on a QB with question marks.

He's in a good position for sure, other than his arm in the New York wind. That's my only question about him in New York.
