That is the only thing the media ever says about McDaniels. The truth is, McDaniels is the best X's and O's coach in the NFL today. Jay Cutler will not be missed. McDaniels can turn anyone into a "franchise" QB.

Look what Matt Cassel did when McDaniels coached him up and called the plays for him.

Kyle Orton or whoever starts for Denver this year will have a great season. Mike Shanahan could turn any RB into a 1,000 yard rusher, Josh McDaniels can turn any QB into Pro Bowl QB.

Who knows what Jay will do this year. Who cares... We got 2 first round picks, a 3rd round pick, and a QB who fits our system better. Denver got better because of this trade and that is all that matters.
