I would tend to agree here... but all the sources I have seen have said he is moving fine... better than he was playing through the injury last year. I was more worried about the after effects from his workouts... but with no swelling after three workouts... I am sold.

Sign him now for 2 yrs. We have plenty of cap space...give him 2-3 mill a year. He's worth all of that and more if he's healthy. Then we draft at least 2 high pick OL next year! We ain't going to be worth a crap if our QB is dead!

If the money is close then Runyan will probably choose to sign with a team that has a better chance to win. By signing him early it might give us the edge to get him on the team. If they consider him healthy then sign him now.
