A Senior Enlisted Advisor for any unit, and I have been one, should never use or refer to race to correct or attempt to motivate troops. I'm gonna say this guy is either a bigot or a dumbass, I'm leaning towards dumbass. Not to say that I was ever above a tasteless joke in the interest of motivation.
