You never know.
Matt Ryan and Sam Bradford were 3 * recruits. So was Chase Daniel. Sean Weatherspoon was a 2*. Ziggy Hood was a 3*. Danario Alexander was a 3*, as were Chase Coffman and Martin Rucker, IIRC. They should emerge into starters for good programs, and many of them can do far more than that.
