Raised on Riots is the Most Spineless, Nutless, Bet Welching Coward on this Board

Just to fill everyone in on the history of this:

RoR decided he wanted to make an IP Ban bet. The terms were as follows:

Cassel vs. Sanchez: Whoever had the most total yards this season wins, and the loser gets an IP Ban. Obviously he is backing Sanchez and I am backing Cassel.

Those were the terms. His idea, and I accepted the terms. There are quotes from the thread that the bet was made below. He was emphatic that he would leave if he lost, and I would do the same. Now, it looks like Sanchez will end up with fewer yards than Cassel, (he is around 400 short after this week), and now RoR says he will not leave unless a MOD enforces this.

We need a MOD to step up here. I would have left had I lost, and haven't been running my mouth all season about this stupid bet like he has. When Cassel was behind earlier in the season, I said on several occasions that if I lost, I was gone.

**See Post #2 in this thread for details and quotes from RoR and myself about the bet.**

If a friend of yours says "I'll bet you $5 that...", that's one thing. If some person you'll never meet on a football message board says "I'll bet you $1,000,000 that...", that's another thing entirely.

Once again, you just don't get it. I'm married, and 46 years old. Have been for almost 14 years. I have 3 kids. I was a D1 athlete that blew out both his knees and I have a heart condition from over-training. Training for my sport will do that.

So, your integrity stops at the door leading to the ****ing internet?

Wouldn't shock me if you said yes, it seems it's the case with many people.

No accountability, hide behind a keyboard.

Personally, my integrity doesn't waver based on whether I'm speaking directly to someone or typing, but that's just me.

Get out of the county and live a little, Huckleberry.
And you know as well as anyone that I share maybe 1/100th of 1 percent of what goes on in my life on a daily basis.

I'll admit it: Getting caught up in another Hootie thread was my lack of better judgment.

Every once in a while, for some unknown reason, I try to reason with Hootie. Try to act as a mentor.

My "I'll bet you a million" remarks were intended to make him think. Of course, they didn't. They just spurred a barrage of insults, which happens quite frequently when engaging Hootie.

It's really a shame. Once he's out of college, life is going to kick his ****ing ass because to date, he's lived an inconsequential life with absolutely no consequences for his actions (many of which are not only despicable but very illegal).

Thank God somebody is the voice of reason. Anybody who expects strangers on the internet to make good on their outlandish promises has probably sent a lot of money to Nigerians.
