So....Berry and Suh showed nothing.

Who improved their draft position in the Bowl games?

Their body of work speaks much louder than those two 1-game performances.

Indeed. and I would say holding a team to 37 total yards before the last drive you must be doing something right.

Exactly.

I didn't see either game, but even if they both played like shit, you'd be foolish to downgrade them over one game, when they both have a tremendous body of work.

I think Berry playing CB is more likely than Mays playing LB... especially since Mays could play CB just as easy as he could LB(because of his speed.. but hes too tall to play CB.)

I wonder about some people.

I can already see the dumb**** posts about whoever we select and how he plays next year starting to develop.

Like do they even watch the player at all during the game?

What Suh did opened up the whole defense.

Berry will be fine.

He had an off game and seemed to be targeted a bit more than I expected, but I can see him play timidly (most likely to not face an injury before the draft).

If you think play-making safeties always play well, go watch the superbowl and see Troy Polamalu miss many tackles and get beat in coverage a few times (most notably on the long pass to Fitz where he went untouched down the middle which at the time was FTW)

Berry or Suh would greatly imrove our defense.

Having either one added would make it seem like we just added two defenders.

Mays as a corner is laughable.

You have to more than fast to play corner.

Sorry

wha?

it's not just body type, it's ball skills. I don't think Mays even has the ball skills to play free safety in the NFL and you are talking about him play cornerback?

wowser ... we have two completely different ideas of what Mays is

There is a whole lot of dumb in this thread.

Taylor Mays and Roy Williams are nothing alike, stop looking at his weight and thinking he's a big fat slow guy like Roy Williams.
