Okay, someone will need to explain this one to me. I'm a New Englander, have never been to Kansas or Missouri, and don't know if there's a big difference in how either state's population live and act. Since Kansas City is on the border, I assume Chiefs fans fall on both sides. I also glean that it's got something to do with college rivalries?

Well, it's not like he shot my dog or slashed my tires or anything. It's just teh interwebs, dojo boy. If I'm down in KC for something and Iowanian shows up and throws a punch, then I guess we'll fight. Other than that, I've got better places to go on my vacation and better people to spend it with than Iowanian or you.

Doesn't have to be vacation time, it could be a weekend the Chiefs are playing. Depending on where you live if you show up and really throw down I might even be inclined to pick up your airfare. come on dude it would be a lot of fun. Obviously we would have to get a few more bouts to make it worth the effort.

It's mostly just sports rivalries which also feed on the history between the two states. Both sides did terrible things to each other, but it was long ago and holds no significance, really. It's fun to talk smack using the history, though.
