FTR, I think the only reason that the Rams pass on Bradford is because they don't see him as a franchise QB.

No. Not for that reason, Spagnuolo is a defensive minded Head Coach. If they did pass on Bradford it's because Null made an impression on them last season. There is no way Bulger will be the QB for the Rams in 2010.
