Ole Skip was superstitious and wanted me to start the game threads, he would have me make sure we had 5 * on each thread because , IIRC, we didn't lose that year when I did them with 5.

3 is plenty and Skip is gone, It's the team and has nothing to do with the thread starter. I mean, I could always call HCBS and tell him not to play the game if I didn't start the thread, he wouldn't listen or anything like that. Why complain ?

Seriously, some of you people cry over anything.

Oh great. I remember that Southern Illinois game in 2007. That is the most I have ever seen a team foul and hack. Good Lord. I mean, I know they were good, but they also got away with a lot of shit cause the refs couldn't call everything or their whole team would have fouled out. That is not basketball.

Yea his name popped up in my head tonight with all the basketball and him hiding from the board like a coward. I was thinking "wow, this board is such an improvement without that sack of shit" as I moved through threads.

Whatever they are, I hope they come out and try to punch KU in the mouth, and get the Jayhawks going early. I have all the faith in the world they can flip the switch when they need it, but in the world of one-and-done.....

So he wasn't perma-banned? I noticed one thread, but was on the road at the time and didn't really care to read all of it or keep up with it.
