If you're doctor is saying he released you too soon, go get a second opinion and build a case for malpractice. With medical negligence, you can also go for pain and suffering.

Good grief. Is suing really the best option here? Maybe finding a different job would be a better thing to try. There have got to be other jobs in the hospital that require less physical strength. She could transfer to the department that roams the hospital drawing lab.
