Only with a non AOL IP address so that if he takes a dump on our lawn again we can get rid of him. Then, only allow current AOL users and no new ones in the future from AOL to allowed to have an account.
Disable his rep for 1 year
The board submits examples and votes for an avatar you must use for 1 year.

Pffft...that'll never work, the only thing he cares about are starting threads and rep. It's when he loses one of either that he goes off the deep end.

I doubt it's possible, but blocking any NEW accounts from the AOL IP range would be a start, but probably not technically possible.
