And if you think Pippen was at 30 percent, why was he still scoring 19ppg? You saying he normally would score 63ppg?

I think that was the year that Pippen hurt his back in the first round against the Heat and had back spasms all through the playoffs.

I guess you don't remember 1998...so try and relive it through a box score!

MJ's performance in game 6 had nothing to do with a box score (although he did score 45 points)...

it was the fact he won it by himself and basically refused to lose...even to a vastly superior Jazz team

when Kobe does something like that with the Lakers...

let me know

Yes, Kobe has never won a game by himself.

Your crush has warped your ****ing brain, tool.

You mean back when literally twice as many people tuned into to watch a NBA finals compared to today?

Utah wasn't vastly superior that year. They won the same amount of games as the Bulls did in the regular season and were 1 point away from being swept by Chicago in 4 games. Pippen played very good in the finals in 98 and likely would have been the MVP had the Bulls closed out the series in game 5 at home.

is it really so hard for "Bulls" fans to differentiate between 1997 and 1998?

There wasn't much difference other than the fact that the Bulls were a little older that year and won 62 games instead of 69. They were forced to a game 7 against Indiana while Utah had a week off before the finals. Nobody outside the state of Utah considered the Jazz the favorites over the Bulls that season.
