If you are fat, flannel sucks unless it's less than 60 degrees in the room.

High count sheets. Mine are a sateen too, I think. Go to bed bath and beyond. Their stuff is expensive but you know it will be good.
I love firm pillows so I'm not much help there, but my wife did snag a memory foam pillow with some soft stuff (I really don't know what) around the foam. It is really pretty nice. You get soft without your head hitting the mattress. She got that at bed bath and beyond also. Don't cheap out and try to find one at walmart. They are terrible. If you fine one at bed bath and beyond, just put it in the cart and don't look at the price. Posted via Mobile Device |

I think I made a thread about this a couple years ago. Search threads by me with sheets in the title. I'd do it but I'm on my phone.

The best is the old Fieldcrest Cannon Royal Velvet line if you want sheets like you are looking for BG.
If you are looking for a quality pillow...try Pacific Pillows Pillowtex line. mmaddog ******** |

You might want to research what type of firmness in pillow is suggested for the way you sleep (back, side, etc).
Sometimes we think we know what we want in a pillow, but it's not actually ideal for our sleep position.

oddly enough, IKEA makes some badass down pillows, they're NOT hot, either.
They are about 16.99ish each - via queen sized. I'd recommend them. Not wild about their furniture, but do like some of their linens. ... Hopefully they have them where you are. http://www.ikea.com/us/en/search/?qu...w&pageNumber=4 Last edited by Simply Red; 08-08-2010 at 07:59 AM.. |

no huh-uhh, they ARE packaged oddly though, they're almost vacuum-sealed in a cylinder, then (once you open) they sorta expand into a normal pillow size. Did I include the wrong link, or something? lol

![]() Nah. I guess the joke, as poor as it was, went over your head. Can't blame you. IKEA is known for furniture that the consumer has to put together themselves. Just asking if the consumer has to fill their own pillow as well. Bad joke. Moving on. |
