The Best Show on Television... Entourage
This show fuggin Cracks me up. Maybe Im just sheltered because I dont watch TV much, but I started watching this show midway through season one, and freaking love it. Its about this young movie star and his brother, and two friends from New York, and his rise to stardom... Tonights show was at the Sundance Festival, where Vince's latest movie Queens Boulevard was a huge success... plus Turtle and Drama double-teamed this Peace Corps Chick and accidently "crossed swords". heh. funny shit. [Sorry Gochiefs, but they didnt show that part] Freaking Ari Gold, played by Jeremy Piven is fuggin unreal in this show. He makes it. Here is some cool extra footage. Anyway, if you have HBO on Demand, check it out... its great TV. http://www.hbo.com/entourage/ Last edited by teedubya; 06-26-2009 at 05:01 PM.. |

I'll agree that Entourage isn't back to its Season 1-3 form, but so far Season 6 is better than Season 5 was. At least I think we are on Season 6. If not, this season is better than last season.
I could have gone without the Sasha Grey muff at the end of the last episode though. |

And, I'd imagine, in usual Entourage fashion, they'll be resolved in less than two minutes with some dopey soliloquy. The show should have ended with Matt Damon. It's bordering on a waste of time, Tivo'd or not. Personally, I'm just at the point where I just don't care what happens to the characters. |

The title of this thread has been hilarious for the past few years.
I can't believe anyone even cares about Entourage at this point. |

I'm digging this season more than the last several. I love the way everything is falling apart for everybody but eric. Something tells me everything with everyone else will be resolved and then something will happen with him and sloane around the wedding.
Either way, like it or not, it's ending for good next summer in a short season: http://livefeed.hollywoodreporter.co...xt-summer.html |

Billy Walsh is back. Maybe he'll help save the day and make the show what it was. I still love it but last night's episode sucked.

Why?
Because I've watched it since season one back in 2004. I keep hoping it'll return to form but so far, only one episode this season has been even remotely memorable. Also, it's only a 22 minute show, so I can easily make time to watch it. Hopefully, it'll turn a corner soon but I'm beginning to have my doubts. |

It lacks the drama of the previous seasons, but I think it's at least entertaining. You could tell something was going to be different about this season when Vince did the stunt himself. |

Last night's episode was probably the best of the season to me, by far. I just hope the writers don't just dismiss everything quickly as they've done in the past. I guess my biggest beef with this season is that it seems that they're stretching out the story arc because they need to fill twelve episodes. If the writing had been tighter and more on point, they could have done it in six episodes. Next year, they're only contracted for six episodes so I expect a much better season. Then, it's off to the movies. |
