GIF'D UP! 2010

It was one year ago that Bernard Pollard missed five tackles in one preseason game. Angered by his ineptness, I gif'd his ass up.

The gifs didn't lie. Pollard was exposed as a fraud, cut and banished from Kansas City. Emboldened by this great success, I created a massive a thread in which we exposed every fraud on the 2009 Kansas City Chiefs.

No one escaped the wrath of GIF'D UP. Every week, the ****ing axe came down with thunder. It was brutal, it was bloody, and it used up a ****ton of bandwidth.

GIF'D UP is back for 2010 and season two. We're going to expose every fraud on the 2010 Kansas City Chiefs. Let's get this show on the road. There are 20 weeks to the Super Bowl, Corey Mays, Jon McGraw, Ryan O'Failaghan and Rudy Niswanger are still Chiefs, and we need to send Mike Vrabel into early retirement.

LOCK AND LOAD!

In about an hour, we officially kick it off with the Atlanta review.

I remember how I felt a few yrs a go when Huard was starting. I hated that feeling. Watching Cassel play makes me long for that feeling. Its pretty bad when Damon ****ing Huard is a better option at QB.

It's funny how we color our memories of past events.

Captain Check Down didn't have any guts. He would just go down cause he was scared. If he didn't go down, he would just dump it to his HB all the damn time.

Yeah, slow down there turbo.

Huard turtled all the time.

Though he was a lot more accurate, his arm still sucked so he wasn't able to throw a deep out route (and the only deep ball he could throw were those soft butterflies that WRs would run under). He was able to do a pretty good job of finding guys in the middle-seams, though. That's where he made his bones and he wasn't awful in that regard.

Huard was a well below average QB.

Cassel is worse.

Huard quit on the ****ing field. Literally.

I hope we're that lucky with Cassel.

Not true. I can show you many replays of Huard standing in there while delivering a wobble launch for a first down and getting socked in the puss.

He was a tough bastard until he decided he was fed up with Herm's shit.

Huard faked an injury to get off the field.

anyways, he started 10 games in '07, was sacked 36 times, and still managed a 62% completion percentage and a QB rating of 76.8 (but with an 11-13 td-to-int ratio)

year before he started 8 games and had a QB rating of 98 (with 11-1 td/int ratio)

which means Cassel has a long ways to go to even become Huard...

Wow. The Cassel hate has grown so strong that some of you have resorted to wishing you had Huard back. That's funny.

I know he isn't the answer and the guy is one of the worst starting Qb's, but this is insane.

And I don't see why everyone is jumping on ArrowheadMagic's ass for simply asking where the safety was. Some of you act like coverage sacks never happen.

W/o knowing where the safety was at the top of screen, how can anyone definitively say if Chambers was open or not? Maybe Rodgers or Brees can force that throw, but most cant or wouldn't. That's what makes them special.

Cassel thought he had a running lane, and when he took off, he did. Don't see what the big deal is here.

IF you wanna analyze, trust your DVR.

Disagree.

Insane is trading a second-round pick and a shit ton of money for a piece of shit. Pathetic is thinking longingly about past sacks of shit that we've had in KC.

And we've had plenty.

People are jumping his ass for being a smug, demanding jackass who analyzed the clip so closely that he didn't realize he was watching the Bucs instead of the Eagles. Yeah, he was looking at that with an unbiased eye alright.

The dude is being a demanding ballwasher, he deserves to get his ass jumped for that.

I think Pioli and Haley aren't tied to Cassel if he doesn't develop this season. Everyone will get their wish and we will get a new QBOTF if this happens. The weird thing is there are only 5-6 elite QBs in the world out of 300 million people in the US and everyone seems to think these elite "franchise" QBs grow on trees.

About 30 QBs get drafted every year and on average ALL of them miss. Maybe 2-3 every decade become elite. Thats 2-3 out of 300-400 that are drafted / brought to camp. Its really long odds folks and why GMs are reluctant to give up too quickly only to have to start the process over again.
