My question though.. is what kind of shape would you have to be in? It's got to be quite a workout climbing that high. Wouldn't the climbing up and down take hours?
i haven't been in "good" shape for over 25 years. i could climb 200' in 10 to 15 minutes. just set a pace. stop every 30 rungs. tie off and flex you legs and arms a little. then go up another 30 rungs.

legs might get a little sore the day after if i spent awhile tied off and leaning backwards. the most sore was the lower back and sides where the safety belt wrapped around.

i loved it...the climb up was the worst part(if it was that bad). once tied off and working was great w/the view. coming down was never a big deal.

the better your crew on the ground is, the more enjoyable the work.
