Is it safe for me to just remove those items in Malwarebytes? I wasn't sure if it would **** up my computer if I did.

Also, I'm not familiar with editing the registry, I don't want to screw that up.

Yes it's perfectly safe to let Malwarebytes remove it. That program is smart enough not to delete something that would cripple your system.

Perhaps I'll whip up a thread detailing how to edit the registry sometime soon. It's not as difficult as it sounds.
