The car didn't get me there.
Gravity did.

The tires didn't blow out, so that part of the car did it's job, but the engine didn't, and now when I want to get back up the hill, my car won't get me home.

Cassel didn't get us to 5 wins, the team did, in spite of the fact Cassel doesn't work.

Sorry milkman, your definition of "good enough" is bankrupt, IMO. Being good enough to get to the convenience store and being good enough to get back home are two different things.

Poor QB play is enough to win games in the same way that my failed engine contributed to getting me to the 7-11, which is not at all.
