What do you expect when seven of the Chiefs 13 games have come against teams in the bottom half of the league in rushing offense?

We have shut down exactly ONE good rushing offense this year, and that came in a game with a tractor-riding hayseed playing quarterback for the opposition.

If you take a look at the 2009 schedule, we didn't really have the luxury of facing a bunch of dogshit running teams.

And at the beginning of the year all of the teams were 0-0. You seem to want to act as if the teams started out 0-8 before they played the Chiefs.

The facts are that the team is better now than it's been since Vermeils last year. Back then we had tons of offense and NO defense. You are under the delusion that because the Chiefs record is 8-5 they should be tons better.

Enter 2006-2009 the Chiefs were 19-45 and you can't see improvement in the team? I'm sure the Chiefs run defense in those four seasons was just incomparable to the current defense.

kcchiefsus seems to have it nailed. You might read what he had to say. Too bad you don't have the capacity to see the Chiefs are not the team they were, and yet you feel compelled to tell us all they are frauds? It just doesn't wash goatcheese.

FWIW, the last time the Chiefs made the playoffs, they did it on the collective back of the AFC West team, too, and got exposed as frauds for their trouble.

No one handles losing better than me. How often do you see me losing my shit and ranting and raving after a loss? Not often.

What's becoming obvious is a lot of Chiefs fans don't handle winning well. They want to take the Chiefs' winning record and automatically prop them up as a legit team, and when someone speaks out against that notion, they lose their shit and call me a "bundle of sticks" or a "fuking dousche."

I can't remember the last time I did that, either.

So who handles what well? It would seem the Chiefs don't handle 6-6 teams very well, and some fans can't handle reality well when it smacks them in the face, as it keeps doing this year at the most inopportune times.

Did Todd Haley or Scott Pioli, or anyone in the Chiefs organiation tell you that this is a good team and that you should hold high expectations for them?

Did Todd Haley not, in fact, tell us that this is still a team learning and growing that isn't a good team yet?

Goat Cheese has some kind of imagination. His expectations were far higher than any might have thought. I went into this season hoping to see improvement, we never saw any with Edwards, last year made me think we may have not selected the right people. The addition of Weis and Crennel bolstered hope, and we have seen progress.

Milkman and I hardly ever agree on anything but with this one post he has totally destroyed the concept of fraud brought out by Goat Cheese.
