The Chiefs aren't winning the SB this year. Use this as a Randy Moss type message. If they win a playoff game without Weis, it builds confidence for next year. If they lose, nobody expected them to go far anyway.

Bottom line, what Haley is preaching to the team is completely opposite of what Weis is currently doing IMO.

it sucks, but coaches leave all the time in the nfl...


hell, we more or less did the same thing with haley 2 years ago....in retrospect, it was obvious we were moving on him....no way he wasn't juggling negotiations to be our coach and his responsibilities as OC for a superbowl team...

Yeah I'm sure people in Arizona were completely clueless even though everyone in KC knew it was going to happen before its official. And the rule is you have to ask permission to talk to them.
