Haley should be able to identify with McD in the way they chose to run their teams. Difference being that Haley made good choices in firing and hiring his coordinators between season 1 & 2. McD screwed the pooch.

McD screwed up his QB & WR whereas Haley got the most out of his.

On second thought, screw that POS. We don't need him in here screwing our team up.

Actually I do think he would be a good OC, but he's likely headed for St Louis now.

It makes sense on a lot of levels... he knows Pioli and crew, he knows your QB... he came from a divisional rival...

I still don't know that it would be the wise move. I think McD really burned some bridges and goodwill, but we'll see.
