***OFFICIAL Walterfootball.com Mock Draft Thread***

He updates his mock draft like once a week.....so I'll just post them when I see them.

Quote:
#23 - Kansas City Chiefs: Jonathan Baldwin, WR, Pittsburgh

A list of players who have lined up across from Dwayne Bowe this season: Chris Chambers, Terrance Copper and Verran Tucker. Bleh.

Jonathan Baldwin has struggled this year amid quarterbacking issues, but he's still a physical freak at 6-5, 230.
Quote:
#54 - Kansas City Chiefs: Jabaal Sheard, DE/OLB, Pittsburgh

The Chiefs have only one reliable pass-rusher. Adding a solid complement across from Tamba Hali would take Kansas City's defense to the next level.
Quote:
#87 - Kansas City Chiefs: Christian Ballard, DE/DT, Iowa

The Chiefs could use some help up front; they've struggled against the run lately after a great start to the season in that department.

I'd splurge for Jones or Baldwin.

I have wanted Julio Jones on this team since 2008. Nothing has changed. I felt the same way about Berry. Berry was the guy I wanted us to draft form the first time he stepped on the filed at TN. I think JJ can have the same kind of impact.

EDIT: Jones is also an amazing blocker. If he's there, I think he's the kind of guy Pialey wouldn't hesitate on.

didn't they just say that Julio Jones has a problem catching the ball?

so if we draft him we'll have 2 very high pick WR's that have issues catching the ball?

He is a superstar talent, he does have issues at times catching the ball, that can be corrected. At the 21st pick you can't pass on his talent.

That's like a passing up on a BJ from Brooklyn Decker, because sometimes she has " morning mouth"

Baldwin's a half-asser. I feel pretty confident saying we wouldn't draft him, not after they look at his tape and see the frequency with which he quits on plays.

I watched alabama play the last couple years, and from what i seen i didnt notice him having any problems catching the ball. The two games i seen he had a combined 22 catches for 310 yards and 4 tds.

Welcome.

BTW, for future reference: you can edit your posts so that way you dont have to add multiple posts in a row like that.

It'll save you a lot of grief on this board - just a heads up.

I don't want any part of Julio Jones. We don't need two WRs out there dropping passes.

Walter's new mock out today:

1. Justin Houston, OLB Georgia
2. Leonard Hankerson, WR, Miami (Fl)
3. Jerrell Powe, NT, Ole Miss
4. Daniel Thomas, RB Kansas State

Damn solid draft if that would happen.
