**2011 Alternative CP Mock Draft Signup

Rams Fan and I have been discussing a plan for another CP Mock Draft. There would be a similar set-up to the original draft, seven rounds, two teams per person, etc. Everyone would be expected to make their selection within 24 hours of the previous pick. If you don't have time for the other one, you won't have time for this one.

The Panthers go on the clock at 12:00 AM on March 5th. Before you signup, be sure you are available to draft the first couple weeks of March. As of now, the plan is to try all seven rounds.

So if you couldn't make it to the original, feel free to signup! It'd be terrific if you gave a little bio about yourself and what you like in the draft to give us an idea of who we're drafting with.

Saturday at 12 AM. That gives us the weekend to kick it off.

No offense to anybody in this draft, but some of the guys in it aren't the most active posters, so I'd be shocked if we do more than four rounds. The goal is the whole thing, but we just may fall short.

In the event that happens, we could backups from the other draft.

I'd love to do the whole thing. If people fall behind or whatever, they need to be notified by a PM. Also, an idea would be to PM the guy that is next in line for their selection so that he is aware that it will be his turn to pick soon....I don't know if that makes sense, I'm kinda out of it tonight...

No, that makes sense. I've thought about the PMing thing before. If someone misses the deadline more than once(or doesn't tell me or Kurt), they're out of the draft and we'll replace them with someone else.

Yeah, I figure the guys like Pest and doomy who are in the other draft could fill in for no-shows. Hopefully that won't come up.

Just curious why this isn't stickied...Not that it really matters IMO....I just hope everybody keeps up on this. If your serious, good. Stay. If not, and don't think you can make the majority of your picks then GTFO. Like fantasy football. It's not as fun if everybody forgets to set their lineup or doesn't stay active with their team.
