Is this person denied entrance to heaven and forced to endure the rapture simply because of the geographical limitations of their own birthplace? If so, how can you deem that as fair judgment?

They're not. According to the bible, they cannot deny Jesus if they don't know he exists. You go to hell for denying the love of our lord.
