Eh, I'll check it out. At this point, I'll check out anything that seems quasi-original.
Who's the kid? He looks like a young Jan-Michael Vincent. |

At the very least, it's not the Smurfs.
This must be Hollywood's new plan - flood theaters with complete poo, then make movies that busboys have written just so producers/directors can FINALLY get them off their respective asses, then watch profits flow in as the public flocks to a "new idea" movie. Bastards. |

Oh good, I was beginning to think that the Decipticons and the All Spark were lost forever.

It would be hilarious if the whole movie was just a single fight in the ocean like the trailer shows

Yup, in my opinion even better than the Tarzan stuff that Burroughs wrote.
However, I am betting this is nothing like the books. Good or bad, I don't know yet. I was hoping for a Saturday morning high action, tense drama on the edge of your seats like the original Indiana Jones captured from the Saturday morning mini movies of the 1950s.

Someone's got to say it...
There are no battleships serving in the US Navy anymore...I think the USS Wisconsin and the USS Missouri were the last two, and they were decommissioned...20 years ago? OK, I get it... Like THAT little factoid is going to totally derail the premise of this otherwise awesome movie. Carry on... |

I guess we can officially call Liam "Nicholas Cage II" since he will take any role offered to him regardless of the lack of story and idea.
