This doesn't make you want Franklin??

If not then you aren't being sensible. This gets me pumped up to see him in red and gold. Imagine us stopping the run and teams having to throw on our secondary?

Hali led the league in tackles and sacks and gives Franklin a lot of the credit. "He keeps my head from getting busted on every play," Hali said. "I make a lot of plays because of those three guys up front, especially Aubrayo. He holds double-teams and allows me to make a play."

I don't think it's a matter of it ruining them, per se, I just question whether there are better moves that could have been made, possibly without draft picks. I think there's some degree of leeway given to them because it's the Patriots (and they've earned that...). But speaking only for myself, I don't think I'd have been overjoyed with either move had the Chiefs made them.

'course in the end, it really only matters how they perform on the field. And if they both play like pro bowlers and the Patriots start winning playoff games again, then they were obviously the right moves.
