Story coming down about Haley?
Rumor?

Allegedly, Haley was at a bar recently and stuck his unwanted hand up the skirt of a young lady who slapped him. Then he pulls the "do you know who I am?" out.

According to the witness, cops are called and Haley is cuffed.

Pertinent parties have been interviewed by media. Story forthcoming. Or not.

Is Todd Haley part of the right 53? <- that part is a joke and is being explained for people who will take the comment too seriously. All other information in OP is serious.

A "rumor" like this could be detrimental if enough people believe it happened true or not. If it didn't happen then Haley can get his reputation back but he will still be watched just a bit more for every move he makes.

I don't think his reputation will be impacted either way unless the rumor grows legs. Professional reporters who have the resources to check this out will run it down.

In that case, recently, could mean sometime this last month or even during the lock out this summer. It could have all ready been swept under the rug EXEPT for not paying off this lady for her big mouth.
